Prof. Fushuan Wen

Professor Fushuan Wen received the BE and ME degrees from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the PhD degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1991, all in electrical engineering. He joined the faculty of Zhejiang University in 1991, and has been a full professor and the director of the Institute of Power Economics and Information since 1997, and the director of Zhejiang University-Insigma Joint Research Center for Smart Grids since 2010.

His research interests include: 1) power economics and electricity markets; 2) power system investment, planning and operation optimization; 3) smart grids and electric vehicles; 4) power system alarm processing, fault diagnosis and system restoration; 5) artificial intelligence 

Prof. Yinquan Yu

East China Jiaotong University, China

Dr. Yinquan Yu is a distinguished professor and Ph.D. advisor in East China Jiaotong University (ECJTU). He serves as the director of Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining in ECJTU and is a long-term project award winner of the "Double Thousand Plan" Innovation Leading Talents in Jiangxi Province, China. Prof. Yu is the Senior member of IEEE, IES, and a mentor of IES-INCA. He received his B.Eng. degree in mechanical engineering from the Chongqing University, China, in 1991, the M.S. degree in Mechatronics from National university of Singapore (NUS) in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from NUS in 2014. His research activities are design and analysis Smart Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), Machine Health Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis, Mechatronics and Robotics, Shock Absorption and Noise Reduction of High-speed and High-precision Equipment, Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining.

His editorial and reviewer experiences of the peer-reviewed of several SCI international journals span across IEEE and ASME international transactions and conferences such as IEEE Journal of Transactions on Magnetics, Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Transactions on Magnetics, IEEE Access, Journal of Sensors, ASME Microsystem Technologies and Advances in mechanical engineering. Prof. Yu served as Singapore executive committee member of ASME (2017-2018) and a member of organizer, APMRC 2010. He had been a scientist in A-star and appointed as a Principal Investigator (PI) to lead 3 Singapore government funded research projects and the member participated in the completion of 13 ASTAR & DSO funded research project. He has published more than 20 papers have been published in the international journals related to IEEE & ASME, and has 12 provisional patents/technology disclosure applications. Two of these patents were purchased by MARVELL, the largest chipmaker in the United States.

Prof. Kai Wang

 Qingdao University, China

Prof. Kai Wang graduate from Dalian University of Technology in College of Electrical Engineering. The applicant is employed as a member of the Component Professional Committee of the Chinese Power Supply Society and a member of the Shandong Electronic Ceramics Committee, a distinguished professor of the school, a dean of the electrical engineering department, a core member of the National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Power Integration Technology of Electric Vehicles (Qingdao), Shandong Deputy Director of Provincial New Energy Automobile Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology Research Center, Deputy Director of Qingdao Intelligent Electrical Appliances and Intelligent System Engineering Laboratory, and master's supervisor. The first author of the applicant published an academic monograph-supercapacitors and their applications in energy storage systems (Machinery Industry Press, 2019, CIP (2019) No. 276376). Outstanding reviewer of the Proceedings of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering and Applied Energy in 2019. The applicant has published more than 20 SCI research papers, which have been cited more than 900 times, and 6 ESI highly cited papers.

Prof. Yuanchang Zhong

Yuanchang Zhong, PhD, is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He has served as the deputy director of the Experimental Center of Electronic Technology Fundamentals of Chongqing University and the deputy director of the Institute of Space Electronics and Information Technology of Chongqing University. He is currently a professor of the National Teaching Team of Electrical and Electronic Technology of Chongqing University, a key expert of the School of Electrical Engineering/State Key Laboratory of Safety and New Technologies for Transmission and Distribution Equipment and Systems-Wireless Energy Transfer Team of Chongqing University, and the deputy general manager of Bishan Space Solar Power Station Base of Chongqing University.
