Prof.Xinghua Liu

BIO: Xinghua Liu is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Xi'an University of Technology, a National Young Talent, a Shaanxi Provincial Distinguished Young Scholar, a Shaanxi Provincial High-Level Talent, and the leader of the Shaanxi Provincial University Youth Innovation Team. His/Her main research interests include condition awareness, security control and resilience enhancement of new-type power systems, as well as optimal scheduling of integrated energy systems. He/She has published over 140 SCI papers and more than 70 IEEE Transactions papers, including 10 ESI highly cited papers, presided over 24 research projects at national and provincial/ministerial levels, and won 2 provincial/ministerial science and technology awards.

Prof. Haoxi Cong

North China Electric Power University, China IEEE senior member

BIO: Haoxi Cong is a professor and doctoral supervisor at North China Electric Power University. He is an IEEE senior member and engaged in research on oil-paper insulation, arc discharge, condition monitoring, and fault diagnosis. He has presided over 3 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in and completed 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and multiple scientific research projects of the State Grid Corporation of China. He has published 1 academic monograph and over 100 research papers in important academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, issued 1 international standard, and won 5 provincial and ministerial awards (1 first prize and 3 second prizes). He was selected into the Young Talent Support Program of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering and holds multiple academic part-time positions, including membership in the CIGRE A1.73/A2 D1.71 Working Group and the IEEE P2869 Working Group.
